The Wilds season 2 is almost coming up, and the trailer is something we need to talk about definitely. The series is created by Sarah Streicher. In addition, the show follows multiple timelines, somewhat like HBO’s major hit Yellowjackets.
The story centers around a group of unacquainted teenage girls. In addition, they all sign up together for a young women’s empowerment retreat. Although, their soundness trip soon becomes a nightmare.
Although things take a turn when the plane, apparently taking them to Hawaii crashes into the ocean. And we get to know that now they’re unwillingly being subjected to a destructive social experiment.
The Wilds Season 2 And Release Date
Now, season 2 is all set to introduce to us the all-boys island. Also, they are all youngsters that are continuing to fight to survive. In addition, let’s flash-forwards things, we’ll have to see the lucky ones who will make it, trying to escape the “rescue” facility.
Now, we just have to wait and see what’s going down for this season. The Wilds season 2 official release date is going to be May 6, 2022.
Season 2 Trailer Update
The series’ Twitter account requested the followers for The Wilds season 2 trailer to be released early. Only if the fans retweeted it more than 10,000 times. Although, according to sources, the next chapter’s first full trailer was disclosed on April 6. In addition, it came out exactly one month before its premiere.

In it, we see that the Dawn of Eve girls have appeared to know about the Twilight of Adam boys. If you remember the flash-forward of season 1, you might remember the group at the end of the season 1 finale. But will we get to know whether their unavoidable union is going to be a good thing or not?
We can hear, the new character Rafael saying: “We all have started wanting to be things,” in the promo. This is a flash-forward sequence, assumably being interviewed like some of the girls were during season 1. “We thought we wanted to be like men but the truth is. some of us were just becoming monsters.”
Elsewhere, we can also see Gretchen Klein, the head of the program. Currently, whose running a dangerous social experiment, sharing her findings of the boys. In addition, we find her arguing that they “were the perfect control group” but that “there’s no question they imploded”. Given all the shots of the boys, we got off fighting. We feel that she might be right…
We see the video ending with survival skills expert Dot. Back at the island, trying to creep up behind Rafael. Later, grabbing his mouth as we see her forcefully whispering, “Don’t scream.”
