The Umbrella Academy Season 3 Update: Netflix has started singing about the return of the Umbrella Academy by releasing an important new art for next season. Every few days, the broadcaster unveils new sets of character posters highlighting members of the Hargreeves family we all know and love and their real colleagues at The Sparrow Academy, who will make their screen appearance in less than two months. Now, two more characters stand out.

The official Instagram page of the show has launched new posters for season 3 of The Umbrella Academy. After spending the entire 2nd season trapped in the 1960s, the Hargreeves family returned home and finally found that somehow, their past sacrifices had brand new gifts.

Instead of building the Umbrella Academy as he once did, Reginald Hargreeves instead grew up (almost) a completely different group of superpowers for the Sparrows.

The Umbrella Academy Season 3: Every Update

The only similarity is the presence of Ben, who has long been dead to the truth of the Hargreeves. But in this new timeline, it goes by Number Two instead of Number Six.

Umbrella Academy will eventually continue where the cliffhanger season 2 left off. But before the return of the show this summer, Netflix announced a major change in one of its titles. To show his sexuality, Elliot Page has confirmed that his character, Vanya Hargreeves, is also dating a transgender and will now go with Viktor.

In fact, Variety initially reported that Page would continue to play Vanya as a cisgender woman. And while Netflix issued a new warning earlier this month confirming the first game of the season on June 3, Vanya looked the same as he did in the season 2 finals. Regardless, the producers of the show should have changed their minds about how to handle the Page character going forward.

Umbrella Academy season 3 will be shown for the first time on Netflix on June 22.

Justin Cornwell will play Marcus, the Sparrow’s chief who maintains their own circle of relatives strong. Jake Epstein is Alphonso, armed with sarcastic jokes, and Genesis Rodriguez is a romantic dreamer Sloane. Cazzie David will play the position of Jayme, completely quiet loneliness and the handiest buddy of his buddy Alphonso.

According to Netflix, the 7th Sparrow, Christopher, can be performed via way of means of the Existential Dread Inducing Psykronium Cube.
