Netflix- Almost Happy Season 2: Drops On April 13th, Click to know

Published by

Almost Happy Season 2 (Casi Feliz in Spanish) is ready to release on Netflix on 13th April 2022. For those, who are not acquainted with the show, Sebastian Wainraich is a comedian and radio show host who is all about maintaining his work-life balance.

The show is directed by Hernán Guerschuny and follows the semi biography of Sebastian Wainraich. We see the character navigating through life as he deals with getting over his divorced wife and taking care of their two kids.

Sebastian is always looking for the true meaning of life and the truthful happiness that comes with it. We are constantly second-guessing his life decisions with him and hoping that a decision that he just took does not land him into greater trouble.

With ratings of 6.7 by IMDb, this series is sure to make a striking return. With the cast of Sebastián Wainraich, Natalie Pérez, Santiago Korovsky, and Lucas Wainraich, we have our expectations set high and wait to see what the next season has in store for us.

The actors brilliantly portray the emotions and gestures of the near and dear ones of Sebastian be it a young and free-spirited ex-wife or a confused but energetic kid. Sebastian himself almost does not act in the show at all.

It is all so real that for a span of the show, with Sebastian’s acting, we forget that this man has had enough sense of closure to put his life story for the world to view and laugh at. Often, we have to remind ourselves that Wainraich is not all that sad and desolate as the show, or maybe he is and that is the irony of the show after all.

For as long as the show runs, we are left wanting to know more of what is going on with Sebastian and are left with some questions: Why is Pilar so flirty with Sebastian? What about going to Uruguay?

The last episode of the series gave us some conclusive thoughts but with season two, our curiosity has grown manifold. We hope that Sebastian gets some direction in his life but if not, we would be patiently waiting for the third season.
