Legends of Tomorrow Season 7: Must Watch Series Before Season 7

Berlanti Productions, DC Entertainment, Warner Bros. Television have produced the seventh season of DC’s ‘Legends of Tomorrow’. Keto Shimizu and Phil Klemmer serve as showrunners for the show.

The season like other seasons of the series is set in the Arrowverse. It is a spin-off of ‘The Arrow’ and ‘Flash‘ and continues some plots of other series of the universe.

The first season of the series is named ‘The Bullet Blondes’ which was released on October 13, 2021, on The CW. Till now twelve episodes have been released, the twelfth one airing on February 23, 2022.

The upcoming episode- ‘Knocked Down, Knocked Up’ is set to release on March 2, 2022. The cast members of the series are Caity Lotz, Jes Macallan, Tala Ashe, Adam Tsekhman, Amy Louise Pemberton, Matt Ryan, etc.

‘Arrow’ focusing the DC Comics character Green Arrow is the center series of the ‘Arrowverse‘ of DC. The protagonist of the series is Oliver Queen who is a billionaire playboy. Five years ago Queen landed on Lian Yu, a mysterious island, due to a shipwreck.

The series opens with Queen returning back to Starling City. There he lives a double life. He hunts down people from the notebook of his father at the night being a vigilante.

Stephen Amell stars as Oliver Queen in the series. It ran on The CW from October 10, 2012, to January 28, 2020.

Titans

This superhero TV Series is based on ‘Teen Titans‘ of DC Comics. Geoff Johns, Akiva Goldsman has created this series along with Greg Berlanti. The plot of the series centers upon a group of young superheroes fighting evil.

When the series begins, we find the team members disbanded. But the members of the eponymous team come together and unify themselves once again. Some other new members also join the team. The Titans’ combat against crime spread through significant locations like Gotham City, Detroit, San Fransisco, etc.

The main characters forming the group Titan are Nightwing played by Brenton Thwaites, Starfire played by Anna Diop, Raven starred by Teagan Croft, Beast Boy starred by Ryan Potter, Red Hood played by Curran Walters, Wonder Girl played by Conor Leslie, etc. The series premiered on October 12, 2018, with the fourth season on the way.

Based on the DC Comic character of the same name, the series is created by Al Plastino and Otto Binder. The series tells us the story of cousins Kara Zor-El and Kal-El. Kara’s parents Zor-El and Alura sent her to earth to protect Kal-El who is her infant cousin. But having knocked off to the Phantom Zone, Kara’s spacecraft stayed there for twenty-four years.

After twenty-four years when Kara finally lands on Earth, she finds Kal-El to have already become the renowned Superman. Now Kara has to fave her own superhuman power in order to eventually become the superheroine ‘Supergirl‘.

As Kara Zor-El aka Supergirl we see Melissa Benoist. The series ran from October 26, 2015, to November 9, 2021, with the first season airing on CBS and the later seasons arriving in The CW.

A spin-off arrow and a part of ‘Arrowverse’, ‘The Flash‘ centers on Barry Allen who is a crime scene investigator. As a fatal explosion happens in the S.T.A.R Labs’ particle accelerator, he gains superhuman speed which he begins to use to fight evil and hunt down other metahumans. His double life name becomes The Flash and thus we get the fastest man alive.

Grant Gustin portrays the costumed superhero The Flash. The series premiered on The CW on October 7, 2014.

Bruno Heller has developed this crime superhero drama series about characters from ‘The Batman‘. The series opens with James Gordon who is a GCPD detective and Harvey Bullock, his partner being tasked to solve the series of criminal cases happening in Gotham city.

The series of crimes include the murder of the parent of Bruce Wayne too, who later would be known as The Dark Knight, alias of The Batman. The series progresses to feature a war among criminal gangs of Gotham involving many characters that we know from the Batman movies on this familiar land.

Ben McKenzie and Donal Logue play the roles of James Gordon and Harvey Bullock respectively. The series ran on Fox from September 22, 2014, to April 25, 2019.
