The movie opens with Dimitri and Arkady Belav leading a revolution for freedom in Sakovya, a state of Russia. This movie shows a now depressed Cheung Tin-chi after being defeated by Ip Man. He now thinks of leaving the world of martial arts and is considering opening a grocery store.
The plot introduces us to Owen Davison who runs a steakhouse named ‘Petrus’. The actual business of Owen is drug dealing though for which he uses his restaurant as a front.
Max Zhang plays the role of Cheung Tin-chi with Dave Bautista starring as Owen Davidson.
