Is Ryan Reynolds Writing Deadpool 3?

Is Ryan Reynolds really writing the script for Deadpool 3? There was a confirmation about the third of Deadpool is going to come soon and this was given by Kevin Feige, and he also talked about Ryan Reynolds working on the script.

Talk says that Ryan is freshly sitting with the writer of the series in order to make a few changes so that we can watch his ideas for the third part of Deadpool.

Marvel is already been busy with the preparation of a new space for the release of the sequel, but they did not make it clear not even in their minds at all.
