What’s Releasing on Hulu in Feb 2022: Hulu is one of the biggest streaming platforms in the world whose majority is owned by The Walt Disney Company with a minority-owned by Comcast’s NBCUniversal.
Since 2007, Hulu has been offering a plethora of diverse films and television series from various networks like NBC, ABC, CBS, FX among many Hulu originals. Hulu became the first streaming platform to be able to add “plus” to it in 2010. In 2017 ‘Hulu with Live TV’ was launched that started featuring linear television channels. As of now, the streaming service has around 48.3 million subscribers.
Like every year this year also the library of Hulu is filled with new TV shows and movies and old ones arriving on the platform. As we have already passed the month of January our focus is now on February.

February 1:
Your Attention Please Season 3-
‘Your Attention Please‘ is returning with Season 3 to celebrate Hulu’s Black History Month. Season 3 has four episodes which will run every day from the day of the premiere till February 4, 2022.
Craig Robinson will host the show that will take us into a visual journey of the lives of a diverse group of Black innovators exploring their ideas, purpose, and the way they are imprinting their marks on the world, a world that has so long been ignoring the “black” mark.
Notably an insight into the journey of Brehanna Daniels, a NASCAR pit crew member will kick off season 3. Daniels is a vanguard when it comes to finding black women on pit crews.
The first episode which is going to be an all female one will also feature Ashley Ann, a dog groomer, and Dr. Maya Warren, an ice cream scientist.
February 2:
Pam & Tommy: Series Premiere (Hulu Original)-
‘Pam & Tommy‘ is one of the most anticipated and talked about upcoming series of now. It is an American biographical miniseries that features the marriage and relationship of actress Pamela Anderson and drummer Tommy Lee.
The series also delves into the incident of their unauthorized sex tape during honeymoon getting published. Lily James and Sebastian Stan play the roles of Pamela and Tommy respectively.
The series is created by Robert Siegel and is a Hulu Original. That the series releases on the Groundhog Day that is February 2 is very significant given the fact that it is all about celebrity and sex.
February 10:
To Catch a Smuggler: Season 3 Premiere (National Geographic)-
‘To Catch a Smuggler’ is a crime documentary that shows how Homeland Security, Border Protection, US Customs deal with daily issues at various international airports like John F. Kennedy International Airport of New York City, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport of Atlanta, Miami International Airport of Miami. The issues are of a vast range of fraudulent Visas to human trafficking.
On May 20, 2021, the last episode of ‘To Catch a Smuggler’ was released in the United States. Season 3 is also bound to be a most engaging one that’s for sure.
February 22:
American Song Contest: Series Premiere-
An American adaptation of the Eurovision Song Contest is coming on Hulu this month. All fifty of the American states along with the five territories and Washington D.C. will compete in the contest to win the title of Best Original Song.
The reality show is produced by Anders Lenhoff, Christer Bjorkman, Peter Settman, Ola Melzig, Ben Silverman. The contest will be held in three rounds which are qualifications, semi-finals, and the final.
The winner of the final will be determined through fan votes and a jury of music professionals. Though the show is initially set to premiere on February 22, it has a fair chance of being postponed due to Covid related concerns.
February 24:
Law & Order: Season 21 Premiere-
The international hit American police procedural drama is coming back with its twenty-first season this month. Set in the New York City ‘Law and Order‘ delivers a two-part approach which includes the New York City Police detectives’ investigation of murder along with the apprehension of the suspect in the first half and the prosecution by Manhattan District Attorney in the last half. The new season will also follow this format.
The 21st season is also created by Dick Wolf with Rick Eid being the showrunner. We will find Anthony Anderson in the role of Detective Kevin Bernard and Jeffrey Donovan in the role of Detective Frank Cosgrove. Camryn Manheim will star in the role of Lieutenant Kate Dixon.
