When Is Apple Spring Event 2022?

We anticipate that Apple will be hosting its Spring event on Tuesday, March 28, 2022, as an actual event. It’s been based on Apple’s Spring Events season for the past few years, most of which took place in March. However, in 2021 the event took place on Tuesday 20th April and an announcement was made on Friday 24th April 2020 (iPhone SE 2), so the event is likely to take place in April.
Based on the last few years it looks like Tuesday 19 April 2022 is likely, but that day is the Easter weekend – Easter Sunday 17 April 2022 – so we expect the event to take place at the beginning of the month though in April.
iPhone SE 3, iPad Air, new iMacs: What to expect at Apple Spring Event 2022?
Apple is preparing for the spring launch event later this year and according to reports, the tech giant could launch at least four new products in one big launch.
As the technology company hints that it will launch the fifth-generation iPad Air, two new iMacs, and the new 5G iPhone SE, rumors about the new event are all over Apple’s upcoming event.
According to MacRumors, the new iPad windscreen design will be similar to the current model, but it will come with an A15 bionic chip and a 12MP ultra-wide front camera with center stage support and a 5G mobile model.
It also has a camera behind the standard rear lens.
According to a report, the new iPad Air may be announced in the spring of 2022 along with the third generation iPhone SE.
At that time, the tech giant is likely to unveil the new smartphone iPhone SE 3 at the event, which will come with the new chipset, the 5nm A15 Bionic. The smartphone supports a 5G network.
Rumors have also hinted that the upcoming smartphone will come with better performance and better interiors.
It has been reported that the iPhone SE 3 design will probably be similar to the iPhone XR. Now when it comes to price, the smartphone is as expensive as the iPhone SE 2020 model – $ 399 but by the time it hits the Indian market, consumers will have to pay a much higher price.
A high-tech manufacturer is reported to be launching two new Macs at the event, a redesigned 27-inch iMac featuring a mini-LED display.
The new 27-inch iMac is believed to be powered by the M1 Pro and M1 Max chips used by Apple in its 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros, which were launched last year.
Rumors about the release date have come in the form of recent reports from analyst Ross Young and Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, both of which often provide accurate information about Apple’s plans. Young announced that a new iMac Pro model with a mini-LED display would be released in the spring of December 2021, although Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman also hinted that the device might be announced at a spring event, possibly in March or April.
“A recent Gurman report states that Apple’s Spring Event iPhone SE will focus on 5G connectivity, an updated version of the iPad Air with an updated A-Series chip, and at least one new Mac powered by Apple’s silicon chips. He suggested that for the Mac Mini it could be the Mac Mini-LED or the new iMac.”
Now, Young says he no longer expects the new iMac Pro to launch in the spring, as the “summer” launch could be a high-end device. Shipping for the iMac Pro panel is expected to begin in June and release in August or September. Consistent with Gurman’s expectations, the Mac Mini could be the new Mac by Apple Silicon to launch at Apple’s Spring event.
