Jennifer Garner Takes Her 9-Year-Old Son Samuel to Lunch After Ben Affleck Reflects On His ‘Sad’ Meme.

Jennifer Garner spent time with her son Samuel, while her ex Ben Affleck explained why the viral ‘Sad Affleck’ meme was ‘tough’ for their three children. Jennifer Garner & Ben Affleck are the final co-parenting champions, as it is clear that they both adore their kids.

On Jan 8, the Alias alum, handled their youngest child, son Samuel, 9, to a fun lunch date. while the Intense Waters star, 49, revealed he was concerned about how the viral “Sad Affleck” meme will indeed impact the family, which included girls Violet, 15, and Seraphina, 12.

Jennifer was the pinnacle of a cool mother for the mother/son trip, dressed in a grey t-shirt over a funky wrap long sleeve shirt. She completed the look with a pair of faded denim and brown sneakers.

Her face was framed by chic tortoise dark glasses, and her signature chestnut locks were long and loose. Samuel looked exactly like me in his vibrant tie-dyed shirt! In the meantime, Ben discussed the viral sensation with the Los Angeles Times, saying he thought it was just as funny as the rest of the world — but was worried about how his children would react.

“Sad Affleck” began when Ben and Henry Cavill were questioned about just the critical movie Batman vs. Superman feedback at a 2017 press event, and Ben’s response was invaluable: he stared sadly into space.

The video quickly became a pretty funny meme, which Ben was okay with until his kids reached a certain age.

“I got to a point where [public’s view] was so far off from who I am that I just stopped reading and caring,” Ben explained. Ben has said that as his children grew older and began to use the internet for work that, became the most challenging part of the journey in fact the ‘Sad Affleck’ meme made him laugh.

Partially because he started drinking and he felt trapped. he explained during a recent appearance on The Howard Stern Show. After ten years of being married, the pair filed for divorce in April of 2017, and the divorce was finalized in October of 2018.
