Chorus Gameplay In Exclusive Video, Showcases Space Combat

Published by

Chorus Updates: Chorus, Fishlabs’ space combat game, has just released brand new gameplay, which IGN has exclusively shown. Chorus’ fast-paced fights and graceful flying, as well as some ship customization, are showcased in this eight-minute portion of the game show.

In this episode, Nara and her sentient starship, Forsaken, arrive at the Maka Haven space station, which is under siege by cultists. Three psychic totems must be destroyed in order to rescue the station and its moored ships from the siege. Chorus’ combat, which continuously bombards the screen with gorgeous particle effects and quick ship moves, shines in this challenge. Maka Haven also shows off some innovative level design, since flying within the station creates a more challenging and intimate environment than the endless openness of space.

As for Forsaken docks and is transported down to the station’s hangar now that Maka Haven has been freed, we get a glimpse of Chorus’ ship customization. We can see in the options that Forsaken’s structure, weaponry, power, and other attributes may be swapped out and re-arranged with new components purchased from the hangar.

The Outerhaven

Although it isn’t a story-driven gameplay video, Forsaken references traveling through a wormhole to the past, where it was built, at the conclusion.

Check out the trailers for Nara and The Circle, the galaxy-spanning cult that must be defeated, for more from Chorus. Chorus is coming to Windows, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Stadia, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X and Series S in December.

With Maka Haven liberated, we get to witness some of the Chorus ships in action, as the Forsaken docks and is transported to the station’s hangar. We can see from the options that Forsaken’s may be easily switched out and transferred, with new stuff acquired from a hangar.

He gets to the conclusion of The Lost Time, where it has been created, but it isn’t a story-focused gameplay video.

Check out the trailers for Nara and The Circle, the galaxy-spanning cult that must be defeated, for more information about the program. Chorus will be available on Windows, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Stadia, Xbox 5, and Xbox Series X and S, among other platforms.
