Basically, the show revolves around Laura Munar; An English teacher who woke up in the morning to find that she had been raped on a date by a famous surgeon in the city. The Spanish thriller reappears on this particular occasion.

In the chorus, we also see Laura Munar seeking justice against the doctor in an ongoing legal case, but the surgeon rejects her explanation for what materialized.
