Saved by the Bell Season 2 Official Release Date, Confirmed Cast and Other Details

Saved by the Bell Season 2 Updates: In the full-length teaser for Season 2, the Saved by the Bell revival reignites the animosity between Bayside and Valley — and serves up some trademark early-’90s looks (premiering Wednesday, Nov. 24).

The Southern California School Spirit Competition pits Bayside against Valley (and Miss Trunchbull’s Academy for Giant Athletic Girls) in the second season, and it’s not only the present student population competing. Kelly (all beat up and back in her old cheerleading costume), Slater (permed and wearing his wrestling attire), and Jessie (in curls, rocking her distinctive denim shirt-and-vest combo) are standing on the sidelines as Zack goes past them at the 1:25 mark.

Jessie is also seen negotiating single life in the clip. The fact that everyone (even math instructor Mr. Dewey) knows she’s going through a tumultuous divorce from Jamie’s father Rene further adds to the confusion. Kelly, on the other hand, believes it’s fate that Jessie and Slater are still together.

Jessie, on the other hand, has her sights set on a dashing fireman. (At one point, Dr. Spano stands against a fire pole and gives the first responder bedroom eyes, a clear reference to Elizabeth Berkley Lauren’s performance in the cult movie Showgirls from 1995.)

We also see the majority of the original series’ actors assembled at The Max, presumably to pay tribute to their late comrade Screech, including Lark Voorhies’ Lisa, who appears alongside her fellow Bayside graduates in Season 2 rather than over FaceTime. (For more information on SBTB’s upcoming Dustin Diamond tribute, go here.)

In Season 2 finale teasing the emergence of Covid-19 in the show. In Season 2 students are ready to compete in Southern California School Spirit Competition. We will see the character being more mature and taking their life’s decisions into their hands. Mac will be out of his father’s shadow. Daisy will be paying more attention to her love life.

You will be more excited to know that Saved by the Bell Season 2 Lexi’s character was written only for Totah who is a producer of the show.

Saved by the Bell Season 2 releasing on Nov. 24 on Peacock.
