Jennifer Lopez Updates: Jennifer Lopez performed ‘On My Way’ for the first time at the 2021 American Music Awards
Jennifer Lopez performed “On My Way” live for the first time at the 2021 American Music Awards on Sunday night, after unveiling the first trailer and solo for her upcoming romantic comedy Mary Meek on Friday.
The 52-year-old superstar sat on the piano and appeared in a black gown, stunning audiences inside the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles and home fans with the emotional performance of the piano ballad.
After that, she changed into a quick and stunning dress, wearing a brown tulle dress with a veil. The scenes in the film glow behind her as she belts the deep lines.
The solo performance follows last year’s steam duet song with Maluma, who also appeared in the upcoming film opposite Lopez, both performing a combination of “Pa ‘T” and “Lonely”.
Meanwhile, he joined the list of star-studded artists including Lopez, Bad Bunny, PDS, Gary Underwood, Coldplay, Olivia Rodrigo, Tyler The Creator and the New Edition, and New Kids on the Black. Hosted by Cardi P.
