Jared Leto Updates: Jared Leto praised the director and the co-star of House of Gucci, Adam Driver. The Oscar-winning actress walked the red carpet at the New York premiere of the new biographical drama staged by Ridley Scott.

“He’s a really good actor and it was really fun to go toe-to-toe with him, to get in the ring with him, and he made just the perfect partner,” Leto shared. “So yeah, I’m really happy.” For his part, playing the famous Paolo Gucci, Leto underwent an incredible transformation that included make-up, prosthetics, and developing Paolo’s voice.

“In an interview he did, you could hear a bit of Paolo’s voice. But it wasn’t much,” said Leto. “So I had a general direction and then I stole some from my good friend Alessandro Michele, the creative director of Gucci.
