Gwyneth Paltrow Updates: Gwyneth Paltrow had a horrific experience when she gave birth to her daughter. In a recent episode of Spotify’s Armchair Expert Podcast, the 49 – year – old actress recalled that she almost died when she gave birth to her daughter Apple, who is now 17 years old.
