Jared Leto Becomes First Solo Male to Appear on the Cover of Vogue Greece

Published by

Jared Leto Updates: On the November 2021 cover of Vogue Greece, Jared Leto looked every inch the rock star. On the cover of the issue, the singer of Thirty Seconds to Mars, 49, is seen flinging his hair into the air while wearing a baby pink feathery top and white glove.

Leto, who is the first solo male to grace the cover of Vogue Greece, drew attention with an electrifying posture for the glossy. Leto is seen in later pictures sporting eyeliner and lipstick while striking postures in a clean white suit.

The actor wore a glistening black coat with roomy trousers to show off his wild side. With his hair dangling over his face, the rocker posed barefoot and peered contemplatively towards the floor.

Jared was seen in another photo wearing glistening jewelry and a voluminous puffy coat. Another photo showed Jared with a sparkling veil draped over his head and his eyes closed, revealing his smokey eyeshadow.

As he promoted the issue on his Instagram account, Jared bragged about being the first solo guy to grace the cover of the magazine. He wrote on Instagram, “I’m extremely grateful to @voguegreece for having me as the first solo male on a European Vogue cover.”

Leto has been keeping busy with a slew of new films, including Morbius, which was just put back to 2022, in addition to his modeling career.

According to Deadline, Sony Pictures announced earlier this year that their Spider-Man spin-off Morbius would be delayed until Winter 2022.

While the film was originally scheduled to be released on March 19, 2021, it will now be released on January 28, 2022.

While it’s unknown whether Morbius has any direct ties to Venom, he does have a Marvel Cinematic Universe connection, with Michael Keaton reprising his role as Adrian Toomes a.k.a. Vulture in 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Morbius follows biochemist Michael Morbius (Leto), who suffers from a rare blood disorder and is desperate to discover a treatment.

Instead of a cure, he injects himself with a sort of vampirism while working on it.

In the film directed by Daniel Espinosa (Life) and written by Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless, Leto stars opposite Matt Smith, Adria Arjona, Jared Harris, Tyrese Gibson, and Al Madrigal (Power Rangers).
