Jolie, who wore her long hair down for the event, used extensions to make her hair look thicker. Fans could easily see where the extensions were inserted into her mane, thus they either weren’t placed correctly or were the wrong length totally. Jolie’s fashion faux pas, according to the expert, arose from poor placement and extension density. “What went wrong with this appearance is that there aren’t enough extensions, and they’re not high up,” Valles explained.
“First, put [extensions] on top, then develop them up and make sure there’s enough in so there isn’t a demarcation line, as you can see with Angelina,” says the stylist. she continued. Valles went on to suggest that if the length of the extensions is a concern, a fast trim can assist the extensions in blending in more naturally with the natural hair.
