Britney Spears Updates: Britney Spears is letting loose her conservatory stress – and shaping her abs as well!  The “Piece of Me” singer, 39, twirled in front of the camera in her latest Instagram video on Thursday, Oct. 21. There she expressed how she’s noticing more “definition” in her tummy thanks to all those intense training sessions with fiancé Sam Asghari, 27.

Britney gushed as she released a video of herself dancing to Bush’s “Glycerine.” ‘It’s nice to see some results!!!!” said Brit dressing up in a red peasant shirt that flashed her flawless tummy in the video. In the video, she is also seen to pair her shirt with classic white booty shorts as she twirled around in her living room.

Britney admitted that “Glycerine” was her “favorite song in high school,” and she quipped that it sounds like “gasoline.” She then disclosed “a little secret” about Gwen Stefani, 52, asking her to come over to her for a swim.

Gwen’s ex, Gavin Rossdale, 55, aka Bush’s main singer, was also present for the swimming session. Britney described the lovely experience as “Literally the coolest moment of my life.”

It’s difficult for fans to picture Britney needing more “definition” in her stomach. Because based on her amazing exercise videos and bikini pics, she actually needed none. The pop princess shared a workout video with her fiancé Sam earlier this month.

The video showed the duo working out together in their private gym. In the video, Britney is seen to flaunt her gorgeous figure along with her man who showcased his well-built physique as well.

Along with Britney’s delight over her beautiful abs, fans are relieved to see the pop icon smiling in the middle of her conservatorship crisis. The singer recently revealed that even though her liberty is on the horizon, she is still a little reluctant — maybe even a tad bit afraid — in terms of stepping forward after years under her father’s supervision.

However, Britney’s fans are optimistic that Britney could be the woman she always intended to be, after seeing her dancing videos and upbeat personality.
