Will Smith Works Out at The Gym During an Intense Workout: ‘I’m in the best shape of my life!’

Will Smith Updates: Will Smith stated in May 2021 that he was in “the worst shape of my life” and decided to prioritize his health and fitness. It’s now October, and the 53-year-old actor has just posted a new video on social media proving he’s as serious as he can be about losing weight.

Will was so serious that he’s now claiming to be in “the best shape of my life.” And after watching the video of his workout routines below, we’d have to agree!

Will’s video, which he posted to Instagram and Tik Tok, shows him lying in bed when he is awakened by a male trainer at the gym who asks, “Are you in bed right now? “Get the f**k out of here!”

Suddenly, a startled Will leaps to his feet, and the video cuts to a series of workouts that he appears to have been doing for the past few months. In the clips, Will can be seen lifting heavy weights, doing pull-ups, doing ab exercises, and running on a track.

Will appears to be in great shape throughout the workout footage. His body is extremely toned, and he is much, much skinnier than he was when he began this fitness journey. His muscles appear to be much larger as well!

“And to think Sundays used to be for muffins,” Will captioned the video, along with the hashtags “best shape of my life,” “fittok,” and “gymtok.”

What Will Smith Shared?

HELLO! Canada

Will announced his intention to focus on his fitness just before the start of the summer. At the time, he posted a shirtless photo of himself to Instagram with the caption, “This is the body that carried me through an entire pandemic and countless days grazing through the pantry.” I adore this body, but I want to FEEL better about it.

There would be no more night-time muffins…this is the end of an era! “I’m going to get in the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE!!!!!”

Will, however, demonstrated that he’d already slimmed down by displaying in his undies for a social media video just three weeks later. The video featured a montage of Will’s workouts set to the viral TikTok remix of Busta Rhymes’ “Touch It.” Overall, Will has demonstrated that he is capable of achieving anything he sets his mind to.
