Kanye West Officially Changes His Name

Kanye West Updates: Kanye Omari West,44, is no more with this name…. He said goodbye to his old name and welcomed YE, as a new one. According to the legal documents by TMZ, Mogul’s petition to officially change his name to YE has been signed off by a judicial judge, where he would have no middle or last name, just only with the name. Now, Kanye’s name changed to Ye has been official.

Just after Kanye filled Legal documents for a name change in Los Angeles, where he asked the court to give him the moniker. The judge approved the request within two months.

He was well known by YE as his Nickname for many years. but now with the name getting legal by the court, e shorter name on his birth certificate, will be used by his uncle Sam, and everyone else will apparently be going forward with the same.

The famous actress, personality, model, socialite, and businesswoman, Kim Kardashian has kept “West” in her surname, and also she recently used it for Saturday Night Live, So it is quite interesting that whether she will keep it around as their divorce is proceeding.

However, from the source, we got to know that she will be keeping her name the same along with West in her surname, and hold onto it as their kids will do.

Kim still has “West” in her own surname … even using it on her recent “Saturday Night Live” hosting gig … so it will be interesting to see if she keeps it around as their divorce proceeds. However, our sources had previously told us she’ll hang onto the name just like the couple’s kids.
