Genshin Impact Banned Players Receive the Compensation

Published by

Genshin Impact Updates: Genshin Impact is one of the highly successful RPG games in the market. Recently the players who were mistakenly banned from the game received compensation along with an apology note from the game’s developer, miHoYo.

Genshin Impact Monetization:

Genshin Impact is generally an RPG game free-to-play, which features a huge open-world environment for players to explore. The game also contains a powerful battleground. The game never ceased to amaze the players since its inception, September 2020.

Genshin Impact was released on Android and console. The game is free to download and play, however, the game makes its money through the Gacha Game Monetization technique. Through these microtransactions, players can unlock new characters, resources, weapons, and much more.

Yet Genshin Impact is free to play and that monetization won’t affect its marvelous gameplay. Although the game is a huge success, it still crawling its way up in terms of monetization while comparing to Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds.

Lately, many Genshin Impact players were issued a one-month ban from the game falsely by the miHoYo. The reason for the ban stated that they were using third-party software or plug-ins, although this was not the case. The developers have looked into this issue. They have decided to release the account along with the compensation.

A Reddit user rarno123 has shared his excitement on the Reddit platform. The user has shared a screenshot from the developers, stating that they are sorry for the inconvenience caused, in Reddit. They have also given a compensation of 1000 Primogems and 9 Fragile Resin.

“A lot of people were falsely banned recently, the forum was blowing up with tons of Ar50+ players getting banned for third-party plugins without any idea why so glad Mihoyo acted on this mistake and gave us all our accounts back though!”

How to resolve the Ban issue?

Many innocent players are banned for this same reason in many games including Call of Duty: Warzone. It is still a mystery that how many players were banned mistakenly by miHoYo from the game.

The Reddit user has advised other people who are stuck in a similar situation, to email the customer service of the game (Bans can be appealed by email at genshin_cs@mihoyo.com). But there is fair warning that the reply may take a long time.

While some players are waiting for the ban to be lifted from their accounts, some are eager for the Nintendo Switch of the game. Some rumors are prevailing in this regard, that the Nintendo hardware limitation greatly affects the development of the game.

Although the release date is not yet confirmed by the developers, surely they are many fans waiting to play the game on Nintendo Switch.
