As we saw in the previous season, ‘Blood and Water’ ended with a cliffhanger. Puleng has spoken out the truth to Fikile that she is her long-lost sister. The truth is hard to swallow as we have to see how Fikile will react to this truth and will she accept Puleng easily.

Apart from this sisterhood matter, the show makers are also focusing on its main character with their struggling romantic affairs. Is it possible for Puleng to confess her love and choose between KB and Wade? Is it will be possible that Mark and Zama will form a household trio with Chris?

The character Wendy also created havoc at the ending of the first season by revealing the truth of the teacher-student relationship to the local media. This situation can be the starting of the ‘Blood and Water’ Season 2 plot.

The cast that is expected to return is Ama Qamata as Puleng Khumalo and her character sister Khosi Ngema as Fikile Beale. Other cast members also expected to return are Gail Mabalane as Thandeka Khumalo, Thabang Molaba as Karabo Molapo/ KB, Arno Greef as Chris Ackerman, Dillon Windvogel as Wade Daniels, Cindy Mahlangu as Zama, and Natasha Thahane as Wendy Dlamini.

Blood and Water Season 2 will return on 24th September. The release date of this season was declared with the official trailer. Till then stay tuned for more updates………..
