Kevin Feige Breaks Silence Why Black Widow is set between Civil War and Infinity War

Kevin Feige Updates: Marvel’s first feature film in a long time, Black Widow, releases soon and Kevin Feige took to his Twitter this week to participate in an interview and also answer some fan questions. One of the answers was about it is the fact that Black Widow is a prequel, taking place after Captain America: Civil War. One fan asked about why the movie was set between Civil War and Infinity War. Feige answered,

“Because we wanted to explore what Natasha did between leaving Tony Stark in Civil War and her arrival with Steve and Sam in Infinity War,”.

Black Widow is now available to watch in theaters and can also be bought to watch on Disney+ Premier Access. We all know how the Black Widow will go and we might all expect what’s coming but still watching it is a must as to understand the history behind Natasha Romanoff and the history between Black Widow and how she died and what happens next.

The rest of Marvel’s movies includes What If… also premiering on Disney+ Premier Access on August 11th. Many other films are going to release soon on the platform too. Some of them are Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings in theatres on September 3rd, Eternals in theatres on November 5th, Hawkeye and Ms. Marvel to Disney+ later in the year, and Marvel’s Spider-Man: No Way Home in theatres on December 17th.
