There was a disagreement going on between the couple regarding the French winery that they share. After such a long period they have come to an agreement. Although the custody battle of the divorced couple has not been solved yet.

The decision has finally been made that Angelina Jolie, 46, can sell her share in Château Miraval, the French winery that she owns with her ex-husband, Brad Pitt,57.

It took a long time because the battle was not a small one. It wasn’t about a few pence it was a battle over $164 million vineyards, in which they are equal shareholders. Which is obviously not a small thing to solve.

Another big fight that they will have to fight is on the custody issue. The court hasn’t given any judgment on the child custody battle, but on September 23, a judge signed off on Brad and Angelina’s agreement to allow the popular actress to sell her share of the Southern France estate to a third party. The legal decision was also ” a standard ruling” that “was never apposed” by Brad, according to sources.

A source close to the litigation called Angelina’s past few actions “consistently vindictive” and “another example of this person trying to circumvent the rules,” while a different source told that Brad “did all the work building Miraval” and claimed his ex-wife’s actions as a violation of agreements.

Angelina confessed that taking the decision of getting separated from her husband was not at all an easy task.“I’m not the kind of person who makes decisions like the decisions I had to make lightly.
