Halle Berry Updates: Directing a movie isn’t always an easy task to perform. Sometimes the director has to understand the role, the movie, the characters more than the actor has to. A similar experience was shared by Halle Berry.

Halle Berry is A 55 years old old actress and director, who is at present working on one of her upcoming Netflix blockbusters. She told that she was actually ‘scared’ when for the first time she stepped behind the camera to work as a director.

A lot of effort goes behind the camera than what is shown in the movies. She will be seen as playing an MMA fighter role. At the age of 55, where most of the actresses choose to perform the role of a mother or even a grandma. It will be really exciting to see her play such an interesting and energetic role.

Berry told the Daily Express newspaper: “As an actor, I always show up and do my part and I can only do what I can do. Being the director, I have a part in the totality of every department. I get to have a voice. That was different, and I really loved that. Any director will tell you that they are scared, going in fear and worry is healthy it means you want to do your best.”

The talented actor and director are very sincere about her work. It can be confirmed, when her ribs got damaged during a shoot she didn’t stop over there. She continued to do her work as in the meantime she got recovered.

Berry told producers: ” I can’t let it go. I have been thinking of how I can imagine it for someone like me, a black woman in middle age not starting life who’s looking for a last chance,” she said.

She also added: ” This is going to sound really crazy because it is crazy for me to even think it, but I think I should direct this”.
