Amber Heard Updates: Amber Heard revealed last week in an Instagram post that she welcomed her first daughter Oonagh, via surrogate earlier this year.
Actress Amber Heard posted a video on Instagram yesterday, of her enjoying her time with daughter Oonagh Paige. The video sees Heard tasting a green smoothie and guessing its ingredients. She takes a sip and asks, “Celery?”
The caption read, “You can take the gal out of LA, but you can’t take LA out of the gal #notajuicer”
The video comes a week after Heard revealed in an Instagram post that she welcomed a daughter via surrogate earlier this year. She posted a picture of herself with a said daughter whom she has named Oonagh.
The picture is accompanied by Heard’s heartfelt note as the caption. She wrote that she had decided to have a child four years back and wanted to do it on her own terms. The actress was going through a divorce at that time.

She continued, “I now appreciate how radical it is for us as women to think about one of the most fundamental parts of our destinies in this way.” She added that she hopes that there comes a point when it is normalized to not want a ‘ring’ in order to have a ‘crib’. She urges women to embrace single-motherhood with open arms.
She said that her personal life is not anyone’s business and admits that the nature of her job would compel her to take control of her life and keep it private. She concluded the note by revealing that her daughter was born on April 8, 2021, and that her name is Oonagh Paige. Heard called her daughter the beginning of the rest of her life.
Amber Heard made the headlines several months ago because of her messy divorce from her husband Johnny Depp. The couple was both accused of being abusive to each other and Depp’s fans were outraged when the actor was fired from some big productions as a result of the lawsuit while Heard was left unscathed. However, it does look like the birth of Heard’s daughter is the beginning of a new chapter for the actress.
