The trailer mentioned the many improvements the game will have. The first and best change is that many of the interactions with Fi (the mascot) have been made optional. It would come as a relief for the players as Fi was notorious for constantly interrupting the gameplay with her comments.
There have been additions made to the control options, as now the gamers will be able to play the game by either using a standard Nintendo Switch controller or by using a motion control scheme with the Joy-Cons. The frame rate has also been improved to 60fps. Two major QoL improvements have been made to the game.
First, the players can now fast-forward the dialogues. Second, the item descriptions have been streamlined, which means that they won’t appear every time the player finds the same item.
The original Skyward Sword received a lot of complaints. Hopefully, the latest improvements to the game will make the gamers try it out again as it now has many attractive features.
When gamers learned that the sequel to Breath of the Wild was not coming out until next year, they were disappointed with the 35th Anniversary of the Zelda franchise, but these new improvements in Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD has hopefully lifted their spirits.
