While we can also expect many new characters for the series, which includes Xochitl Gomez will not be doing Dawn Schafer anymore. It is said that the actress will be appearing in another movie Doctor Strange in Multiverse of Madness.
The show has originated from ‘The Baby-Sitters Club by Ann M Martin. It had one season and consisted of 10 episodes. The cast includes Sophie Grace as Kristy Thomas, Momona Tamada as Claudia Kishi, then Shay Rudolph as Stacey McGill, Malia Baker as Mary Anne, and Xochitl Gomez as Dawn Schafer.
While the show was renewed in October 2020. While season 1 had 10 episodes, it is expected that season 2 will be followed by the same pattern. Most probably it will be having 10 episodes.

However, it is great news that the filming for the movie has wrapped and the post0production works are on the way. Stars have confirmed that the filming has come to end.
Star Vivian Watson who is portraying Molly in the series has taken to her Instagram regarding the great news. She posted a snap(selfie) along with the stars and captioned it as “and that’s a wrap!! I’m so sad to leave these amazing people but so excited for what’s to come. This was a wonderful experience and I’m so lucky to be able to go to work with these extraordinary people. I miss you guys already.”
As the filming for the movie has come to a conclusion, fans are pretty much excited to know more about the premiering date of the movie. It is expected that the movie will be released in October or November 2021.
Fans may have expected pretty much that the series will be premiering only in 2022 but it is great news that we have the series coming back with a lot of adventures, tales, and many more funny incidents.
