Wonder Woman Star Gal Gadot Shares Throwback to Her First San Diego Comic-Con

Gal Gadot Updates: For the second year in a row, San Diego Comic-Con is Comic-Con Home, but Gal Gadot remembers her first visit to a major pop culture event. Gal Gadot made her debut as Wonder Woman in the DC Extended Universe in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice in 2014.

Gadot has starred in Batman v Superman and the Justice League (as well as Zack Snyder’s Justice League) and directed the first film Wonder Woman and its sequel, Wonder Woman 1984.

In the third film about Wonder Woman, Gadot will continue his career as a heroine. Patty Jenkins, who helped in the first two films, will lead the third, which will take place today. Producer Chris Roven gave an update on the progress of the project on ComicBook.com earlier this month.

Jenkins also works with the Amazon-themed Wonder Woman spinoff. Although she will not direct the film, it is about Wonder Woman 1984 and sets the stage for Wonder Woman 3.
Before Warner Bros. announcing Wonder Woman 3, Jenkins told Entertainment Weekly, “The story goes on in movies that I can direct or not direct.”
