Chris Hemsworth Updates: Chris Hemsworth’s trainer, Luke Zocchi, recently revealed details about the actor’s workout routine and the recipe for the special protein drink that Hemsworth drank during the training.

It can be noticed that lately, Chris Hemsworth is looking even mightier than usual. The reason is that the actor is packing up on muscles to prepare for his role of Hulk Hogan in the upcoming biopic and also the next Thor movie Thor: Love and Thunder. The actor keeps posting regular gym updates on Instagram, keeping the fans apprised of his transformation into the body of the God of Thunder.

Hemsworth has been keeping in shape by training with his friend and personal trainer Luke Zocchi. Zocchi is the one responsible for creating Thor-approved workouts and diet plans for the actor, on the actor’s fitness and wellness app, Centr. He is also the one responsible for programming Hemsworth’s fitness and nutrition regime for his upcoming films.

In a recent interview with HYPEBEAST, Zocchi revealed some details on Hemsworth’s workout regime and diet for his two major upcoming films. Zocchi revealed that the actor had to go to extremes to keep his body in shape and build muscles which included eating up to 10 meals every single day.

Zocchi praised the actor’s work ethic and said that Hemsworth pushes himself really hard and goes to extremes to maintain his physique. In order to keep up with his gains and to maintain his muscles, apart from the workout he backs up with food.

Chris Hemsworth is a tall, skinny man in general so he has to eat a lot and consume proteins to build those muscles. Zocchi revealed that the actor ate 8 to 10 meals a day to gain those calories. By the time he went for hair and makeup on the set at 6 in the morning, he would have had his first meal and then consume 460 calories every two hours.

Hemsworth does become sick of eating so much. Therefore, Zocchi has learned to switch things up so that Hemsworth does not have to eat so much.

Zocchi has come up with a protein shake for Chris Hemsworth to keep up with his daily calorie intake. The shake has a simple recipe, it contains two scoops of protein, banana, almond butter, two dates, and a bit of salt. Zocchi gives Hemsworth the shake after every three meals to give him a break from eating.
