All Upcoming Battlefield 2042 Content Will Be Useable In Portal

Battlefield 2042 Updates: Many people have already claimed Battlefield 2042 to change the perspective of people who look into first-person shooters and that this is the next step into the franchise. All the upcoming updates and content can also be used in the Portal mode which is a huge update in itself.

Battlefield 2042 is abandoning the single-player version of the game and there will be the 128 players online multiplayer mode on new generation consoles and PC. There will also be all the content from all the Battlefield versions from day one itself.

The recently announced Portal game mode for 2042 combines maps, weapons, vehicles, gadgets, and more from Battlefield 1942, Bad Company 2, and Battlefield 3 – all running in the 2042 engine.

The one and only overlooked aspect of the game was the Portal mode. Portal will have 13 maps out of which only 7 are from the newest version of the game and the rest are from the older versions.

Portal custom game mode will allow the players to put in various edits or custom values of outputs, any maps, the loot, and whatever experience the editor want to change. This will only get better when all the content is going to be released on the game. EA has already confirmed that the developers are already ready to add in new maps, specialists, and many weapons to come in the future updates of the game which just makes the game better.

The developers stated during the EA Play Live Reveal that they intend Portal to be a continuous collaborative effort between Ripple Effect and the community and that the launch of Portal alongside 2042 is merely the beginning.
