Mark Ruffalo Marks Black Widow’s Success With Goofy Scarlett Johansson Image

Mark Ruffalo Updates: Mark Ruffalo celebrated the success of Black Widow by posting a goofy behind the scene picture of co-star Scarlett Johansson. Ruffalo has been playing the role of Bruce Banner/ The Hulk in the MCU movies since his first appearance in 2012’s The Avengers.

Scarlett Johansson who plays Natasha Romanoff/ Black Widow first debuted in the MCU with 2010’s Iron Man 2. Now, that her standalone film Black Widow is officially in the theatres, Mark Ruffalo posted a goofy picture of the actress to congratulate her on the success of the film. The film was delayed for a long time because of COVID-19 and is the first MCU film since 2019.

Mark Ruffalo and Scarlett Johansson have been great friends. They even share the same birthday which remains a running joke between the two.

Although it was obvious that the feelings went both ways, any romantic entanglement between the two was rebuffed when Hulk left on a ship after the battle of Sokovia, paying no heed to Natasha’s request for him to return.

Ruffalo celebrated the success of Johansson’s first solo MCU film, by posting a photo of himself and Johansson. Judging by Johansson’s costume and hair, it is a behind the scene picture from the sets of Infinity War. Ruffalo added a sweet caption congratulating his co-star for the success of the film.

It is lovely to see Ruffalo supporting Johansson for the success of her solo outing. Fans have been demanding a solo movie for Black Widow since her first appearance in Iron Man 2. Initially, the film was supposed to receive a Summer release in 2020 but was delayed because of the Coronavirus pandemic. However, it has finally been released and is currently claiming the highest box office debut since 2019’s Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker.

All the credit for the success of Black Widow goes to Scarlett Johansson for her immaculate portrayal of Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow. It is difficult to imagine anyone else in the role. Her character’s death in 2019’s Avengers: Endgame is still a sore plot point among fans.

Romanoff is a ruthless assassin who is capable of warmth at times. She would kill for those whom she loves to the point that she sacrifices herself so that Hawkeye could live to see his family again. Black Widow was Johansson’s last appearance as Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow in the MCU and she has surely made a huge impact on the MCU.
