John Mulaney and Olivia Munn are enjoying the early days of summer together. PEOPLE spotted the couple enjoying a lunch date at Rick’s Drive location of In & Out in Los Angeles on Saturday. The photographs featured the couple laughing, talking, and enjoying each other’s company.

The couple first met in a social event some years ago and remained friendly. In December, Olivia Munn sent the comedian well wishes after Mulaney entered rehab. She tweeted, “Sending SO MUCH love and support to John Mulaney. You got this.”

Mulaney,38, entered rehab on December 21 for a 60-day stint for alcohol and cocaine abuse. After getting out of rehab in February, Mulaney spent some time in an outpatient sober facility.

In May, it was announced that John Mulaney was divorcing Anna Marie Tendler, his wife of six years. Mulaney did not comment anything on the divorce but focused on his recovery and going back to work. Anna Marie Tendler told Page Six that she was heartbroken over their divorce and that she wishes Mulaney success and a quick recovery.

The news about Mulaney and Munn dating went public on May 14. The couple is reported to be taking things slow. The couple looked happy during their date on Saturday. Since coming out from rehab, Mulaney has been focusing on coming back to work. He will be returning to stand up with his new set titled “From Scratch”. He is currently in Los Angeles for a run of sold-out shows at the Troubadour. He will be heading for Boston later this summer for the rest of his tour.
