What did Peter Capaldi say about his character?
The former Time Lord portrays the world of DC villain The Thinker/Gais Greaves in an upcoming reboot-style sequel, and as recently reported, he discussed his “very manipulative and evil” character.
“I’m an evil genius,” Capaldi revealed as he told the Empire.
He said that “I always wanted to play the role of an evil genius. The thinker is a man of clever, cunning, and wicked nature, and is also corrupt. That’s why I wanted to play the role of an evil genius.”
He further explained that working with a shark and starfish that can only talk gives a unique feeling. If you’re into Doctor Who, it’s just a day in the office. Although I hope that, after some time, they will become more confident in themselves.

An Official First-Look at the Spin-Off Show Peacemaker
Digital SpyNews recently surfaced that John Cena would continue to play the role of the other Suicide Squad star and an official first look at his spin-off show Peacemaker was also revealed. The image shows John Cena playing the Peacemaker standing in front of his dilapidated trailer, his outfit covered in blood.
Further in the series, Gunn also explained that [Peacemaker] lives in the worlds of Superman, Batman, and Aquaman, and it’s difficult for them to do all kinds of conflicts.
“He represents a small section of the world’s population which is fraught with problems and continues to struggle and reveals to him a situation where he has to spend the rest of his life and the climax of his thoughts. Options are to be faced.”
Film work on John Cena (Peacemaker) began in January, with Gunn revealing several behind-the-scenes photos to the public the following month.
Not only will John Cena be the only member of the returning Suicide Squad, but Jennifer Holland and Steve Edge will also reprise their roles as Emilia Harcourt and John Conomos, respectively.
Suicide Squad hits theaters in the UK on the 30th of July, and it hits theaters, and HBO Max, in the united states, on the 6th of August.
