Cardi B Updates: On July 1, on Instagram Cardi B shared a new video that showed girl Kulture, 2, sullen in a luxurious blue tutu. The “WAP” rapper, 28, reacted accordingly: with laughter — and little Kulture was so not amused as well.

She wore a Cinderella-blue tutu and the cutest double braid buns, Kulture initially did her best to ignore her mother, however, it ultimately turned with irritation and reacted with an annoyed face.
