Published by

Princes Harry and William Updates: Following quite a while of pressure, Prince William and Prince Harry will reunite in the U.K. on July 1 following some months of tension the disclosing of a statue to honor their late mother, Princess Diana.

The event will be happening at Kensington Palace, where he grew up with Diana, and due to COVID-9 protocols will be having only 15 visitors, including Diana’s sisters, Lady Sarah McCorquodale and Lady Jane Fellowes, and Charles, Earl Spencer her brother. A royal source told Page Six that while the event probably is “sad and somewhat stressed,” but the brothers will be “dignified” and that “the boys will be fine” for the good of their mother.

Patrick Jephson who is Diana’s former chief of staff revealed to Page Six that the event honoring Diana’s 60th birthday celebration would certainly “rouse feelings of love” for their mother, who died in 1997.

Jephson further told that the princes were as yet young when they lost their mother, and the profundity of emotion that they feel in remembering her mother must be imagined. They have said that they hope the statue will remind them of her positive impact on the world. That is worth celebrating thus, along with sadness, Jephson is quite a sure unveiling will rouse more joyful feelings of love for a parent who is irreplaceable, and pride in her enduring legacy.

Royal historian Robert Lacey explained the sight of togetherness at Prince Philip’s funeral was cover over a broken relationship while there was hope that the brothers were moving towards reconciliation.

Lacey expressed to The Daily Mail that despite the fact that it seemed like Harry and William were “inching towards reconciliation” as they talked right outside the chapel, “those expectations were dashed within a few minutes of the siblings going inside the castle and beyond camera vision.

Lacy, who is the author of Battle of Brothers and consultant to Netflix’s The Crown wrote that they began quarreling once again. There they were, arguing furiously as fiercely as could be expected. The anger and outrage between those two have become so very deep. Too many cruel and wounding things have been said.

Lacey proceeded on to contradict reports that the brothers had a family talk with their father, Prince Charles. As per Lacey no reconciliation was there, and no selfless sit down or ‘mini summit’ following” the funeral. He later added that “the conflict between Diana’s two sons doesn’t appear to end soon, however, he said that “there is a peace plan in action.”
