GTA 5 Godzilla Mod Provides The Ultimate Rampage Experience

GTA 5 Updates: Eight years on from its release, the action-adventure game developed by Rockstar Games still hasn’t lost its mighty roar, especially because of the constant remastering of GTA 5.

Unlike many other Godzilla mods created, this one includes Godzilla’s signature atomic breath from the films and is complete with audio and visuals when the creature charges up, which is pretty impressive.

Playing as the  Godzilla, you are towering over streets and buildings to the point where civilians look ant-sized, which is crazy.

Although you can’t destroy and demolish buildings altogether, you can still smash down vehicles and use the atomic breath to strike down planes and police helicopters and just create havoc in the middle of Los Santos.

Players can easily shoot cars, grant themselves unlimited amounts of money, and create custom locations like jungles or airports. That being said, rampaging a city like Godzilla is looking to be an incredibly fun experience, and once fully released to the public, it’ll definitely be worth playing around with.

JulioNIB’s Godzilla mod is pretty impressive in line with what the video shows, especially considering it’s still in early development.

Along with the Godzilla model, the creator also created a Mechagodzilla model based on the version from the same MonsterVerse franchise, specifically the film Godzilla vs. Kong released earlier this year.

Except for GTA 5 mods, JulioNIB is also working on mods for Red Dead Redemption 2, including the one that turned the game’s star Arthur Morgan into a superpowered cowboy.

It will be interesting as well as exciting for gaming enthusiasts and fans to see what other features or functions JulioNIB plans to implement in the mod, and how many of the functions will interact with the companion Mechagodzilla mod if any.

With mods as fun as this one, it’s no wonder that Grand Theft Auto 5 the community is still active even after everything is over at this hour.

The mod is still in early development and classified as  ‘Early Work in Progress, it will be pretty interesting to see what other features JulioNIB plans to add before the release.
