Loki Episode 4: Every Clue Lady Loki Isn’t Actually The Villain

Loki Episode 4 Updates: Lady Loki isn’t Actually a Villain: Explanation The new variant of Loki from the Loki TV series, Lady Loki has been portrayed as the antagonist of the MCU series. But a few plots disagree with the Lady Loki being a villain.

Loki TV series has recently come up with its second episode “The Variant”, introducing Lady Loki as a variant of Loki from a different timeline. Loki, the God of mischief in Marvel Comics Universe is featuring in this TV series as an agent of Time Variance Agency.

This web series is the continuation of the Avengers: Endgame (2018) and mainly focusing on the timeline travel story and featured a “seems-like” evil character, Lady Loki. But a few scenarios clearly disapprove of the fact that Lady Loki is a villain.

MCU is a hotspot of plot twists and hidden villains just like it featured Lady Loki. When TVA agents were searching for the variant of Loki in episode one, the second episode shows the existence of the female version of Loki who is responsible for creating chaos in the sacred timeline and she also has a vendetta against time-keepers.

Loki Episode 4: Who is the Real Villian

Yes, all of these activities of Lady Loki sound pretty much villainous, but it definitely doesn’t assure the fact that Lady Loki is evil. She has hurt a lot of people and of course, she represents a less ethical character. But there is something beyond all of these.

Well, from the initial point, it seems like she is targeting TVA agents only. The timeline attack certainly was harmful to others, but in a story where the TVA agents are constantly erasing the whole multiverse from the heart of existence, the acts of Lady Loki feel less brutal. Just because she is targeting TVA agents, she can’t be evil!

Though her war is against the TVA organization, she has shown a moderate level of mercy by releasing the hunter she had captured previously. It is now clear that she kidnapped the hunter to get information about the Time-Keepers.

If she was an evil character, she’d have killed the hunter, so why C-20 alive? Apart from this, when she escapes through the TVA time door, she keeps the portal open, for Loki to join her. It is quite awkward for an evil person to do such things!

Lady Loki can be a villain with respect to the TVA but not an evil one. Though it’s a “too soon” moment to reach a conclusion about MCU franchises. Loki is now streaming on Disney+ Hotster every Wednesday at 12:30 p.m.
