Jurassic World: Dominion shows its feathers: first teaser and new poster

Jurassic World: Dominion – Director Colin Trevorrow and Sam Neill have shared details of the new installment on Twitter. Will there be a trailer soon?

If you pay attention, you can already see the glass move and hear the ground shake. No, it is not only about the T-Rex of Isla Nublar, but about much more. Jurassic World: Dominion is very close to arriving and so far it has done so with an incredible advance in which it has already revealed certain things. Or should we say feathers?

The actor Sam Neill, one of the faces of Jurassic world along with Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum (who will also be in the film), has been in charge of giving the starting gun. He did it with a new movie poster that, although it bears much resemblance to the first one that had come out, includes new elements.

The amber with the T-Rex remains but is now overshadowed by a huge mosquito, in a nod to the fossil insects from which the DNA of dinosaurs was extracted, as explained in Jurassic Park.

In addition to the actor who plays Dr. Alan Grant, the director of the film, Colin Trevorrow , wanted to show a new advance in the form of a previously unpublished dinosaur. In the image that the director of Jurassic World shared through Twitter, you can see Moros Intrepidus, a brand new addition to the new installment.

What has caught the attention of this family species of the T-Rex are its feathers, something that has been very well received by fans of the saga, who missed this characteristic in some dinosaurs that until then had been shown little less than “naked”, they claim. Will we see many more with this type of plumage from now on?

Jurassic World: Dominion – “Let’s go back to the movies”

Beyond the Jurassic world, another curiosity that this new advance has left has been specific details about the premiere of Jurassic World: Dominion. Let’s not forget that the film should have been released precisely this Friday, June 11 , but of course, the pandemic arrived and the dinosaurs were not there to defend themselves. That is why these advances have fallen like rain in May to reassure the fans of the saga and incidentally leave a promise, an encouragement on the part of the director for the return to theaters: Let’s go back to the movies.

Although the film is now scheduled to be released in a year, on June 10, 2022 , the new poster already hints that we will see a preview very soon, and with Fast & Furious 9 as the master of ceremonies. Because nothing better than Dom Toretto and his guys at IMAX to get our long teeth.
