How Doctor Strange 2’s Costumes Compare To Past MCU Movies & Shows

Doctor Strange 2 Updates: Doctor Strange is undoubtedly a crucial part of Marvel and has shown up in many movies. Recently, Marvel has unveiled costumes for some of the key characters featured in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

This artwork in the form of a comic book has been released and this has provided the first official tease. You will get to know how the heroes will be coming together in the upcoming Phase 4 movie.

Till now, the characters that have been unveiled by Marvel include many such as Doctor Strange, Scarlet Witch, Wong, and America Chavez.

It is true that Marvel has released quite less with respect to the plot of the movie, but it was quite enough to understand that the heroes’ goal would be to protect the multiverse from an interdimensional threat. There may be villains included like Dormammu, Nightmare, Mephisto, etc. There are no leaks or rumors regarding the villains currently.

As is being said this time, the threat that would be faced in Doctor Strange 2 won’t be such which the Sorcerer Supreme could handle on his own, and this is the reason why he and Wong will be teaming up with Wanda and America.

While all this is true, there is also a possibility that Doctor Strange’s team may expand to include more Marvel characters. These may include Clea, Brother Voodoo, and even more. But even if that doesn’t turn out to be the case, Strange still has a very dependable group of heroes that would be fighting alongside him, two of which would be previous MCU heroes who are returning and the other a new face.

The Costume Of Doctor Strange 2

ScreenRant

Before the Multiverse of Madness came out, Benedict Cumberbatch’s character of Sorcerer Supreme was in the same league as Black Panther, Spider-Man, and Iron Man.

They all had some of the most comic book accurate costumes that have ever been in Marvel Cinematic Universe‘s history. This time, Doctor Strange 2 has doubled on it, as it draws even greater inspiration from the original source material.

Doctor Strange’s traditional look includes a symbol on the chest, which was left out in movies like Avengers: Endgame. However, Doctor Strange 2 reveals that it’s being incorporated back into the costume.

Another detail is that the Eye of Agamotto, which is attached to the collar of his cloak. That is how he wore it in the comics, and it feels good to see that it is here as well.
