Call the Midwife Season 11 Updates: Call the Midwife star Megan Cusack has confirmed that she will be back for season 11. She’ll be seen joining the cast of the series in the role of midwife Nancy Corrigan. She’ll also be sticking around for the next season. That is some great news for fans.
The 24-year-old in an interview with Radio Times revealed that she will be returning for this BBC drama after series 10 whose finale will air this weekend.
When further questioned about whether she’ll be reprising the role of Nancy Corrigan in series 11, she replied: “Yes! I can say that now.” She further added that she knows that she will have to tackle some big subjects and that she’s all ready to find out what happens next for her character.
In the show, Nancy is a chatty and quite bubbly midwife. She’s also a single mother and Cusack told that she didn’t know that this revelation is going to come.
She had no idea that this was about to pop up out of blue. She thought that she was going to wear a bit of more bright clothes. Further adding, she was also unaware of the fact that it will go to the police, which made things more exciting for her.
