This is the second time the PlayStation exclusive game has topped UK’s weekly sales list, the first being in March 2021.
It’s true that the PS4 sales of the game are also considered in total sales, but it’s clear that the new availability of PlayStation 5 consoles has mainly increased sales.
That could be because the game is almost unofficially a PlayStation 5 specialty. The PS4’s engine cannot match the performance and high graphics nuances that are reached in the game on a PS5 machine.
