Ragnarok Season 2: Norwegian original series was given approval for its season renewal within a month since it streamed in 2020, it is been very popular among fans. “Ragnarok” was among  Netflix’s most-watched series in the US 2020 at 6 positions.

The producer hasn’t confirmed anything about the second installment, as per our sources, it will continue from where it left off. The first season ends with a fight between Vidar (Gisli or Garoarsson) and Magne (David Stakston), which ends with a cliffhanger. We didn’t know that characters were killed or they will return in the upcoming season.

Plot

While the world is waiting for Marvel Cinematic Universe to release a few movies like ‘Thor: Love and Thunder‘ and ‘Loki’, the Norwegian Netflix original will save it a slot for viewers. According to sources “Ragnarok is coming-of-age drama building on and collecting a fresh and surprising slant on Norse mythology.”

Cast

Ragnarok Season 2 will return with Jonas Strand Gravli as Laurits, Theresa Frostad Eggesbo as saxa, Synnove Macody Lund as Ran. Henriette Steenstrup as Turid, David Stakston as Magne, and Herman Tommeraas as Fjor. However, as we discuss previously, Vidar’s (Gisli Orn Garoarsson) fate hangs in the balance.

‘Ragnarok’ six-episode series is produced by a Danish screenwriter-based production company- SAM Production. Emilie Lebech Kaae and Adam Price fuction as creator amd writers, Meta Louise Foldager Sorensen is executive producer amd producer Stine Meldgaard Madsen. And finally, the series will be directed by Mogens Hagedorn and Mads Kamp Thulstrup.
