Fans who follow the show already know that this negative energy changes beings into evil spirits and the sorcerer use this emerge to fuel their special technique. The newest addition of the series shares how this negative energy is shared and connected amongst everyone.

The latest chapter amplifies the Zenin family, as both the sons – Maki and Mai are left dead or left to die by their father. But this is going to play a significant role in the future as Mai has already indicated something about the sharing of cursed energy that makes both twins one entity.

Following this, we see Mai sharing all her powers with Maki to save her life. This reveals how the cursed energy does fuel the powers but has an adverse effect on twins, so while the twins can be made stronger,  they can also be made weaker.

As they are one entity, in the end, when Mai did not want to be stronger, Maki also could not, because Maki had a cursed technique, Mai did not. So finally when Mai sacrificed herself, it was a chance for Maki to gain her full strength.

With so much happening, there are various other questions popping up by the fans who are filled with curiosity but we will have to wait for the answers. Stay tuned for more updates.
