Who Killed Sara? is a Mexican crime-thriller. It is one of the most popular shows on Netflix despite being Non-English. After the recent release of Who Killed Sara season 2 and introduction of another twist in the plot, the mystery behind Sara’s killer has increased. Despite release of two seasons, we still don’t know who has actually killed Sara.
Who Killed Sara Season 3: Possibility
For knowing the answer of this question, the previous two seasons of the series will have to be taken into consideration. Sara was killed in a parachute accident as someone cut her ropes before she went on that parachute. Alex was wrongfully sent to jail by the Lazcano family.
He was offered her mother’s kidney transplant in exchange of a few months of jail which turned into 18 years of imprisonment.
In season 2, we witnessed Alex unveiling a lot of truths that had been hidden from his by his mother and sister. He is fighting hard in second season to remove the suspicions raised on him due to the skeleton the found in his backyard, as if Sara’s murder blame wasn’t enough. He is struggling quite hard to prove that he is innocent.
Season 2 – Ending
Season 2 ended without revealing Sara’s murderer’s name. The final scene hinted that Nicandro might be the person behind her death as he was seen talking on his phone with his partner in crime.
He is seen searching for a file – Sara’s file and we see him coming across two photos out of which one belonged to Dr. Alanis and other was Sara’s. On the back of the photo, it was written : “SG – First patient of the project”.
It can be expected that Season 3 will explore Nicandro’s character. He was also present on the same yacht at which Sara was killed. Season 3 will highlight Nicandro’s role behind her death.
Well, till now no official statements have been made for season 3 but, season 3 will definitely come as the plot of the show is not complete. At this point it is difficult to estimate the release date of third season. Netflix usually has a gap of 6 months to a year between it’s two seasons. Let’s wait till the official announcement is made. We’ll let you know as soon as there is some official statement.
