Innocent Season 2 Updates: ‘Innocent’ second season came out on ITV on May 17 and Katherine Kelly is the star in the lead. The murder mystery drama which feature Katherine Kelly in the lead along with Jamie Bamber, Priyanga Burford, Shaun Dooley, Michael Stevenson, Laura Rollins, Janine Wood, and Amy-Leigh Hickman as supporting roles have been gaining some positive reviews from the viewers.

The plot of the series straightforward as it revolves around Sally Wright portrayed by Katherine Kelly who is trying to get a clean chit as she was wrongly of having an affair with her 16-year-old boy, Matthew who was brutally stabbed.
The season continues as there is a time jump up to 5 years when Sally returns to her hometown of Keswick and a piece of evidence come out that she was not culprit. It is set in the town of Keswick which is a beautiful town located in the Lake District and the thriller is comprised of beautiful landscapes.

The remaining series was shot in the town of Keswick and around Lake District. Jamie Gwilt who is the executive producer of Innocent 2 stated that all the cast is comprised of brilliant actors and story is set in a fabulous location on the south coast.
She also added that this time they have chosen the Lake District which is delightful, wild and has an unpredictable landscape. According to reports, the series was shot in countryside wide side which signifies Sally is alone Katherine Kelly who is the lead in the series said that it is helpful visually as the set is in Lake District.
