Lucifer Season 6 Isn’t Coming Up In June 2021

Lucifer Season 6 Updates: Lucifer is one of the most popular series on Netflix and it has been able to grab the attention of fans worldwide. The first season of the series came in the year 2016 and currently, we are waiting for its fifth season’s part 2 to come.

Netflix adopted the series from its fourth season, which happened in the year 2019. Lucifer was renewed for its sixth season by makers in June 2020 due to the series massive success worldwide. Many cast members were seen posting pictures of shooting on their social media accounts.

Lucifer Season 5 Part 2 is going to come on Netflix on May 28, 2021, but Lucifer Season 6 won’t be coming up too early. It surely is sad news for the fans but it is a fact that two seasons can’t come up with a gap of just a month.

Everyone hoped that the final season of Netflix will come up by the Summer of 2021 and then the pandemic came. But, due to the pandemic, only fans were able to see an extra season of Lucifer.

Fox abruptly canceled the series but then, Netflix stepped in and saved the series. First, it was decided that Season 5 will be the final season of Lucifer but then, it was split up due to the pandemic. Now, we have a sixth season in the row. Things have turned out to be pretty good for Lucifer after it was taken up by Netflix.

Release Date of Lucifer Season 6

The final season of Lucifer will have a total of 10 episodes. Filming has been wrapped up for this season and for both – Season 5 Part 2 and Season 6 were done together. But, editing still needs to be done which will take a bit longer. Fans obviously want the best to happen to their favorite characters in this final season. We hope that this season will be magnificent and magical.

Season 6 will come after a gap of six months from the release of Season 5 (which comes out on May 28, 2021) or may even take a year. May 2022 can be considered a safe guess for the release of the final season of Lucifer. You can even expect it sometime before May but usually, next season is released with a gap of like half to one year. We’ll update the article as soon as we receive other updates.
