Love, Victor Season 2 Trailer Emphasizes Coming Out Was Just The Beginning

Love, Victor Season 2 Updates: Hulu has released its first trailer for Love, Victor new season and is revealing the reactions of Victor’s parents.

Creation of Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger, the series was a spinoff of Love, Simon. It was released back in 2018 and it followed Simon Spier as he discovered his sexuality while being blackmailed.

It was critically acclaimed and many sequences were adapted from the book on which the film is based many expected the sequels of the book upon which the film was based.

It released back in 2020, and had a starring cast of Michael Cimino playing Victor Salazar. A new student at Creekwood High School, Victor had doubts about his sexual identity in the first season.

The series separated  itself through Victor’s changing background and a curious teen tried hiding the truth. He dated a popular girl Mia Brooks and further Victor’s real self won out when he acknowledged his feelings and kissed with Benji. Love, Victor season 1 end we saw him telling his parents the truth about himself. The credits initiated leaving us a cliffhanger.

The first official trailer picked upon the events after this scene and tells what is about to come. Victor’s father, Armando comes to terms with it. Victor’s mother, Isabel showed a little reservation about the revelation.

She was unable to accept Victor and Benji being kissing and being intimate or affectionate and the new footage also suggested how this will create a conflict.

Although Love, Victor trailer portrayed that Victor want to come out of hiding and want to make his relationship with Benji official.

The trailer also had several other revealations about the personal journeys of various cast of characters that would be explored. Learning about Victor and Benji, it was left a mystery that if Mia would forgive Victor.

The trailer did hint a little. It indicated that her and Andrew would be a new pair finding their feelings for each other. Felix’s own home life would be disrupted.

The issues with his family, the trailer focused on troubles rising at school. As a school athlete he will be treated differently for being gay for the locker room. He was also categorized as not gay enough by Benji’s friends How Victor ant other character navigate through this hardships is yet to be seen. Love, Victor season 2 looked to be emotional.
