Black Summer Season 2 Updates: One of the popular zombie shows is returning, which is about to become even better — literally. Netflix released the first promo for Black Summer Season 2 recently, and the zombie thriller will arrive on Thursday, June 17.
On the surface, Black Summer, produced by Karl Schaefer and John Hyams, appears to be just another zombie apocalypse tale. But it’s far more inventive than of. The thriller’s first season operated with many lesser-explored facets of a worldwide apocalypse.
For starters, how will you survive if you are the only member of this organization who is unable to communicate with the others? And how can you survive if you’re alone? When Is the Second Season of Black Summer Going to Be Released?
This summer has formally been designated as a “black summer.” The second season of the Netflix initial will debut on Thursday, June 17. This new show like Season 1, will consist of eight episodes. That’s quite enough fright to make you gasp, but still not enough to mentally scar you.

Jaime King will reprise her role as Rose, a mother desperate to reconnect with her daughter. Justin Chu Cary, Kelsey Flower, and Christine Lee will also come back.
Cary plays Spears, a thief who adopts the name of the officer she murders. Lance, a youthful survivor without a parent, is played by Flower.
And Lee is the creator of Sun; a North Korean woman on the hunt for her lost mother who is one of the subgenre’s the most main characters.
But you’re familiar with zombie tales. As multiple individuals deceive one another or are attacked, expect a vicious cycle of new cast members.
As you may have guessed, the theme of this show is survival. Last season started with the outbreak of the zombie apocalypse and story revolves around our warriors and antiheroes racing to the stadium.
However, when they showed up, the assistance they had enlisted had already been decided to leave. Rose did, however, find her daughter during the process. Military isn’t cool.
Season 2 will collect where Season 1 left off, with our survivors attempting to navigate this new realm on their own.
“Winter brings cold-blooded new problems during the zombie apocalypse as frantic scavengers and brutal militias fight the deceased and desperate,” Netflix said in a press statement for the series.
