Legends of Tomorrow Season 6 Photo Reveals David Ramsey’s Character

Legends of Tomorrow Season 6 Updates: David Ramsey will be getting back to the Arrowverse as both an entertainer and a director- however on Legends of Tomorrow, he will not be repeating his role of John Diggle.

Ramsey discussed regarding the direction of the upcoming episode “Stressed Western”,also his role in it,in an interview with TVLine. He also said that there was some press that was out there that he is playing a mystery character on Legends.

And from that sort of phrasing there was a suspicion that because clearly Legends has a time ship, fans associated that to the Green Lantern Corps.

Likewise, the last time when everyone saw Diggle, he was on his way to Metropolis and was captured by a shining, green box. Yet, on Legends, there’s a different character all together. It’s all about a historic character, a historical Western character.

The character Ramsey is playing appears to be Bass Reeves, a man who escaped from his captors and proceeded to turn into the first Black appointee U.S. Marshal west of the Mississippi River.

Ramsay stated that they have made put a huge effort throughout the years to make Diggle one of the more grounded characters. In the story the part Diggle’s story is that the last thing he would need to do currently is get a invitation from something otherworldly, since he finally has his family back, and he lost his closest friend to some otherworldliness.

So for this he denied the invitation of whatever was in the box, however there are consequences to that, and that story, what he is going to do next, is part of what we tell all through these four episodes.

For quite a long time, fans hypothesized that John Diggle was the show’s emphasis of John Stewart, one of numerous heroes to accept the mantle of Green Lantern.

Over it’s later seasons the show dropped teases and clues about the connection yet appeared to confirm it in the series finale, when John discovered a box of extraterrestrial origin containing a strange green light – probably, a Green Lantern Power Ring.

Ramsey shut the interview by saying that Legends is one of those shows that is liberal,as for a director. He thinks Legends was on a significant network and had somewhat more money thrown into it, it would be nominated for art director, for set designer, since it’s that insane, and that big. Every week is Deadpool.

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow casts Caity Lotz, Dominic Purcell, Nick Zano, Tala Ashe, Matt Ryan, Olivia Swann, Jes Macallan, Adam Tsekhman, Shayan Sobhian, Lisseth Chavez and Raffi Barsoumian. Season 6 premieres on Sundays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
